Beverley Watkins

Family / Education/ Public Law specialist. Qualified 1988.

Beverley Watkins qualified as a solicitor in London in 1988. She is the founder of Watkins Solicitors and as well as being an acknowledged expert Family Law solicitor, Beverley is also nationally recognised as one of the leading specialists advising on all matters of Education Law.

With regards to her family work, Beverley deals with all areas but has particular expertise dealing with complicated financial disputes. Her work with education law centres around her knowledge of Special Educational Needs and children with disabilities.

‘I know it may sound like a cliché but I became a lawyer because I believe in justice. I always try and provide the best possible advice to my clients. I have been involved as a volunteer with local law centres providing pro bono advice since 1979.’

As well as being a partner and solicitor in the firm, Beverley is a member of Resolution and The Law Society’s Advanced Family Panel. In addition, Beverley is also a member of the Education Law Association.
