Emma Thompson Qualifies as an Education Solicitor at Watkins Solicitors

Since joining Watkins Solicitors as a Paralegal in October 2018, Emma has shown a deep commitment to helping families navigate the complexities of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs). Having gained extensive experience during her training contract, Emma has been a pivotal part of our Education Law team, advocating for the educational rights of children and their families.

Emma specialises in SEND appeals, EHCP applications, and judicial reviews. Her dedication to supporting clients and securing positive outcomes has earned her the respect and trust of both her colleagues and clients.
